This machine is awesome for higher rep work AFTER you've done your lower rep, heavier work. This is my favorite way to get a huge back pump: Do 4 sets of 30 reps, which sounds like a lot, but don't panic. WRSU (88.7 FM) will broadcast the game on the radio.   Sunday's ranked vs. ranked dual with the Buckeyes marks the first of three consecutive home matches for the Scarlet Knights, who will host four duals at the RAC in January.
