ここ数年、年始を飾る最初のイベントは地元ロサンゼルスでのフィットエキスポ。始まってから数年しか経ってないけれど瞬く間に巨大イベントになった。さすがフィットネスの本場。 今年はギャスパリが参加を控えたのでショーンレイ主催のスーパースターセミナーのみの参加、調整中なので楽でちょうど良かった。 日本から堺部代表を始めNPCJ首脳陣もIFBBプロリーグとの打ち合わせのため滞在中。

Like others said, legs and traps are your current greatest needs. I’ll add forearms and suggest you do farmer walks a couple times each week (if you have dumbbells available.) Farmer walks will give your traps thickness, strengthen your grip, and give your whole body a healthy stimulus.

This machine is awesome for higher rep work AFTER you've done your lower rep, heavier work. This is my favorite way to get a huge back pump: Do 4 sets of 30 reps, which sounds like a lot, but don't panic. During each set you'll use 3 different grips (underhand, neutral, and overhand) which will help you tap into a variety of musculature in the back. You'll do 10 reps for each grip.
