I completely agree with your comment. As I have progressed through my fitness goals this is has been a huge issue for me. Its almost like your damned if you do and damned if you don't. Women are ridiculed for being overweight and then when they are on the other side of the spectrum they are called 'gross' or 'manly'. Honestly I feel that people are more accepting to someone who is overweight than someone who is fit. Why would they call them sexy and curvy but fit women are repulsive? Cassie should write an article about that ;)

8 Exercise Swaps for Common Injuries

2.  Stability Ball Lying Leg Curl Lie on floor with heels on top of a  stability ball  and legs extended. Raise your hips off the ground, trying to keep your hips raised up during the entire exercise. Flex knees and pull the ball as close to your glutes as possible. Hold the ball here for 2-3 seconds. As you get stronger, you can progress to a one leg lying leg curl. This will strengthen your hamstrings, while avoiding impact on your knees.

Some Mexican publications linked the death of Lorena Peralta Baltazar, a 28 year old Mexican woman, to overconsumption of Herbalife products they reported she had become addicted to. The reports alleged that the family and local authorities said lead had been found in her blood, pointing the finger at the weight loss products she was said to consume regularly as the source of lead.
