Tip: Weighted Sleeping – The New Weight Training | T Nation

The blankets aren't crazy-heavy either. Weighted-blanket manufacturers tell you to just choose one that's 10% of your body weight. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you'd use a 15-pound blanket.
