Tip: For Mass, Drink Your Food | T Nation

I'd have 8 scoops of Plazma™ during training sessions (and even just throughout the day) to keep getting more quality carbs and protein in. This allowed me to be consistent with 800-1100 grams of carbs a day and 350 grams of protein for most of my gaining season. For someone who doesn't like to eat a ton, it was priceless. And I grow better on liquid food than solid food.

Tip: The Motorcycle Row for Bigger Lats | T Nation

Simply stand in front of a seated row machine and grab the bar. Bend forward at the waist, as if you're on a crotch rocket. Keeping that same low position, row to about the bellybutton area. Really stretch the lats at the bottom portion of the movement, using the full range of motion. No half reps!

Should Your Workout Kick Your Ass?

Box jumps require a bit of experience and athleticism to do properly, but sprinting up a hill is doable for almost anybody. Find a fairly steep grade and dash up it. Walk back to the bottom and, when you’re ready, charge up the hill again; repeat for about 20 minutes. (You don’t need to go again right away—in fact, this may cause you to break form and get hurt, so don’t.) While running on flat ground can cause pulled hamstrings or hip flexors in beginners, sprinting on an incline slows you down so you don’t put the same pressure on your lower body. You can still work hard and not get hurt. Imagine that.

We can’t promise instant bicep growth like Popeye, but spinach has anti-inflammatory, anti-cancerous phytochemicals that also support eyesight. The whole-wheat pita is a great way to add fiber and complex carbohydrates to your meal. Make sure to check the ingredients in your pita, or any bread or wrap for that matter. Look for the word “whole” before he first ingredient. Words like “enriched,” “wheat” and “multi-grain” can fool you. Buyer beware.

*The key is to train one side at a time.  Drive your elbow down and flex your lower lats as hard as possible before accentuating the negative.  I believe feeling this movement is infinitely better than moving weight so keep that in mind when doing this exercise.
