I did not expect the great results I got from Animal Pak. This is one of the old school supps that has been around for a long time. I noticed while taking it, my energy was higher then normal for sustained periods of time and I also noticed better recovery. Tip: One Hard Set, 80 Percent of the Gains | T Nation

In gym-practice, this simply means that doing one hard set provides roughly 80% of the benefit of 3-4 sets (give or take). Put another way, we're talking about the law of diminishing returns. Yes, each additional set leads to more benefit, but those benefits dwindle significantly with each new set.

That said, the plank is essentially a push-up without the arm action. So, if you're able to perform 15 push-ups at a 1:1 tempo (one second up and one second down), you've just done a 30-second plank. In other words, if you're able to do push-ups with good spinal alignment, basic planks are redundant.

Tip: Do The Double Pause Squat | T Nation

The double pause squat involves pausing at the bottom of the squat and then again halfway up at above parallel or around quarter-squat. The pause at the bottom ensures you're beginning the concentric (lifting) portion in an optimal position. The pause halfway up will force you to maintain a more upright posture. If you try to shoot your hips up early, when you hit that pause the weight will force your chest to cave and you'll end up on your face.

The Squat: 10 Damn Good Tips | T Nation

A lot of coaches try to get people's hips or knees to do this or that, all the while ignoring that if the ankles aren't moving properly, the knees and hips can't move properly for efficient load distribution. For the hips to open up, you have to have adequate hip abduction. The knees should move out to the side when that happens very naturally. However, if the ankles are pronating and not supinating, then none of that will ever happen.

The True Definition of Consistency (always getting ready)

Today I talk about consistency. This is what I consider the true definition of the word. Most people will not be able to do this.
