The best way I can describe this pre-workout is that it doesn't hit too hard, but at the same time it hits hard enough to get the job done (with one serving). If one serving isn't doing much for you, then you can do two servings, but I would not recommend doing so on a day-to-day basis. Taste: The fruit punch flavor isn't bad at all, however, I can see myself getting tired of the taste in a few months with repetitive use; it reminds me of a candied version of Hawaiian Punch if that helps you think of the flavor. Mixability: While you can certainly throw a scoop in a cup full of water, it might take some time to fully mix it, so I usually just throw it in a water bottle or shaker cup. After you shake it up there isn't anything floating around or sinking to the bottom like some other pre-workouts. Ingredients/Performace: The inclusion of L-Citrulline is a nice, especially at a 5-gram dosage, but the beta-alanine is a bit low for me with one scoop; 1.5-grams. The caffeine is in a nice sweet spot at 200-milligrams which is capable of providing me with a decent amount of energy to wake me up and get me through a workout.

*Use good form and go up in weight doing sets of 8 reps.  Once you can’t get 8 reps do 6’s. My training partner helped me with forced reps on Set 7 and on the ensuing drop set.  Finish your last set with an isohold using the weight in which you dropped to on the previous set. Hold the weight with your leg bent about 45 degrees for as long as possible.  I got 35 seconds.
