So I bought this product a little over a week ago and have used it about 6 times now. Right off the bat I noticed it dissolved quickly and completely in the shaker, and the flavors where just as good as the BCAA counterparts. I noticed the energy output in the workout wasn't the same as other pre-workouts I have taken. ENGN Shred was a more consistent energy feeling without the the itch and gitters. The thermo aspect made me sweat a lot more and possibly (I'm no doctor) helped me stay loose while in between sets. I would 100% recommend this to anyone that wants a boost in energy for their workouts but doesn't want all the itching and crash that some of the other pre-workouts give you.

The old analogy is, "You can't shoot a cannon out of a canoe." So before you pick the bar up, you need to stabilize through the midsection by breathing into the diaphragm. This will push the abs down, push the obliques out, and activate/contract the lats. This will help to solidify a strong position in the lumbar spine, lessening your chance for injury.

Rather, balance ability was found to significantly correlate with rifle shooting accuracy, archery shooting accuracy, ice hockey maximum skating speed, and simulated luge start speed. The True Definition of Consistency (always getting ready)

Today I talk about consistency. This is what I consider the true definition of the word. Most people will not be able to do this.
