I'm sure everyone who writes a review will claim they are simply giving their honest opinion. That being said I plan on writing honest reviews of the products i've been using. I bought the capsules as well as the powder. The flavor "unflavored" mixed well however made the chocolate taste a little worse. the capsules are perfect. As far as results, I'm not sure, I lost body fat and gained 7 pounds of muscle, I had a pump even while taking this by itself and no pre-workout. So this has to be **** something well. Try it, good price, amino acids are important for muscle recovery

I've still not seen anyone who has been able to refute some of these arguments. Maybe I need to popularize them more. If they can be refuted, I want to know. These days, I use this diet as a base, but I also do a lot of biohacking and bodybuilding type stuff as well

10 bodyweight abs exercises you’ve never tried

How to do it: Start in a high plank on your hands with your arms straight and feet shoulder-width apart. Bend one arm to bring the elbow and forearm to the floor. Bring the other arm down so you’re in a low plank position with your forearms on the floor (elbows on the ground directly under your shoulders). When you bring your forearms to the floor, your elbows should be placed where your hand was previously. Push back up to the start position, placing each hand where your elbows were. Repeat this movement, alternating which side you lower first, for 1 minute.

*This is going to burn.  Basically you are going to do this for 3 rounds, but non-stop.  Start with side laterals and go to failure. As a point of reference I got about 21 reps on my first set of laterals and 8 on my last.  Drop the dumbbells and grab a barbell as wide as possible with the bar slightly behind your head. Flex your delts and maintain this static hold while your training partner goes to failure on side laterals.  Once he drops the dumbbells; switch exercises. Keep going back-and-forth until you’ve done each one 3 times. Fire!

Running, cycling, and rowing may feel pain-free when you do them, but they’re contributing to the muscle imbalances that result in the joint pain you experience day to day. All of these exercises involve repetitive actions that only jack up the quads and hip flexors or cause impact to the same joints (the knee and hip). The small range of motion the knee joint travels through while cycling and running lends to the point mentioned above in worsening an already present muscle imbalance. And sitting on a seat to perform rows immediately shuts down the posterior chain from being involved in the movement. To replace these, try lowering your rest interval between sets of a strength workout to keep your heart rate. Or, go for a swim. Swimming is impact-free, and works the whole body.
