This is by far the best pre workout that I have ever used. It actually kept me more focused on my workout instead of kinda relaxing and taking my time for the next set. I never got the jittery feeling or itchy feeling. I haven’t tried more than the one scoop recommended but maybe it’s time to see how it would be. But I have tried most of the flavors and I like them all so far. The pink lemonade is by far my favorite! I got tired of the cherry limeade after 4 months straight use while deployed but then I got the grape and other flavors as they were available. I use a lot of the other products and they all pair well together. I have had multiple friends want to try and love this product as well so it must be one of the best. Highly recommend!

Just because it’s  chest day  doesn’t mean you’re relegated to park your backside on a bench for your session. While the bench is a valuable tool for overall  chest strength , it can place excess stress on the delts, which can be tough for those with injured shoulders. For pure pec muscle growth, there are several exercises that will get you off the bench and on your way to chest growth in PECtacular fashion.

Tip: Bad Ankles, Bad Squat? | T Nation

A lot of coaches try to get people's hips or knees to do this or that, all the while ignoring that if the ankles aren't moving properly, the knees and hips can't move properly for efficient load distribution. For the hips to open up, you have to have adequate hip abduction. The knees should move out to the side when that happens very naturally. However, if the ankles are pronating and not supinating, then none of that will ever happen.

12 Full-Body, Muscle-Building Exercises that Use Sliders

How to do it: Stand tall with both feet on sliders. Turn your toes out to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. as if you were standing on a clock. Keeping your chest lifted and head up, slide your feet out as you lower down into a sumo squat. Pause at the bottom for 3 seconds. Then, press into your heels to slide back in and stand up. That’s one rep.

13 Set-Rep Schemes for Brand New Growth | T Nation

I typically do multiple sets working my way up in weight. In the video, I'm using both bands and chains to deload weight at the bottom of the movement, but that's not necessary. The key is to work up to a tough working weight whereby you'd do 4 sets of 6-8 reps. However, rather than doing all 4 working sets, only do 3. The first two are standard 6-8 rep sets, but the third is a challenge set where you'd do as many reps as possible.
