Great article, At 54, I don’t make excuses, You have to adjust constantly. Some days are great, some days you go and do mobility exercises. About 10 years ago, I found Steve Maxwell’s mobility stuff, it got me moving better, not getting injured as much. All the hard work in the gym is and was worth it. I’ve been thru pulling bone marrow out of my pelvis and injecting it in my shoulder to rebuild it, so to avoid surgery. I love reading and hearing your stuff. Keep up the excellent work, love it
