But I find this back-squat rack position has other problems. Most people find their ROM suffers. Also, the bar risks rolling forwards onto your neck. Many also find it uncomfortable and stressful on their necks.

Kipping Pull-Ups: The Truth | T Nation

Do them one at a time, pause for a second or two at the top and lower yourself under control, coming back down to a dead hang before doing the next rep. Do not try to link them together. Focus on getting each rep solidly and lowering yourself under control. Lowering under control will help you build the structural strength and motor pattern to do kipping pull-ups safely. You should be able to do solid sets - good timing, chin over bar, hold for 1-2 seconds at the top, lower under control - of 7-10 reps before moving on to the next step.

If you can only hold your hand there for two to three Mississippis before you have to move it away, you’ve reached “high heat” (roughly 500°F). A medium-high fire is four to five Mississippis, and medium heat is six to eight.

Combat Crunch Bars | MusclePharm

I'm not sure if I got a bad bar out of a batch, but I picked up the Chocolate Coconut one. The "flavor" is great, however the bar itself was HORRIBLE. I nearly broke my teeth trying to bite into this thing. This was unlike any other protein bar I've ever tried as none have been like this. I honestly had to bite it on the side of my mouth and bend it down to break a piece off. Then it took FOREVER to chew. I would never get this again! Initially I thought the bar might have expired to go this hard, but it doesn't expire till August and it's currently June as I write this. I have another bar of a different flavour I'm going to try and hoping it's not like this.
