By far the best Creatine I have tried thus far. I noticed that I actually felt better and stronger through all my major lifts. Not to mention the Beast Punch flavor was on point too! The Best Full-Body Fat Loss Workout

Perform the first exercise as straight sets. Exercises 2A through 2D are done as a complex, so choose one pair of dumbbells and use them for each move. Use a load that allows you to complete your reps on your weakest exercise in the series. Perform six reps for each of the exercises. Rest 90 seconds and repeat. For exercises 3A through 3D, adjust your equipment and loads as necessary, but perform them in the same circuit fashion. If you choose to repeat the workout, vary the sets and reps you perform on these last four exercises each session. This will help you to continue milking gains from the circuit for months on end. Rotate between 3 sets of 10 reps, 4 sets of 5 reps, and 2 sets of 15 reps.

Eric the Trainer's Triceps Workout

Lie face-up on a flat bench, holding a barbell at arm’s length over your face. Keeping your elbows pulled in, slowly lower the bar toward your forehead. Before it touches, pause then contract your triceps to press back up to the start position. Fleishman recommends this unique variation on the exercise: After lowering the bar down, move it behind your head until your upper arms are about parallel with the floor, then reverse the motion and press the bar back up.

4 Elbow-Friendly Moves for Bigger Triceps

Stop thinking skull crushers and start thinking close grip bench press. I can’t tell you how many times I see people killing skull crushers, only to stand up between sets and rub their elbows. 4 Red Flags You Shouldn't Ignore When Working Out

Thinking we're invincible in the gym could be a huge misstep for many of us lifters . Bad workouts do happen, and we're all susceptible to having an off day. The real test of our training knowledge comes not only in the amount of off days we encounter, but how we push through them when they happen. A senseless lifter will train through the pain, which will lead to injury at some point down the road, if not immediately. Watch out for some of these red flags, so that you can adjust your workout as you go along.

The 15 Most Important Exercises For Men

Every guy who’s into fitness has some methodology, piece of equipment, or program they like over anything else. Some like to circuit train every day, some follow bodybuilding protocols, and still others participate in any number of fitness trends and fads. However, there is a list of exercises that has withstood the test of time, and these moves have become staples in every serious lifter’s plan.

31
28 Days to Massive Arms Workout Program

This program takes the less is more approach. If you’re already following a body-part split, your bi’s and tri’s are getting plenty of stimulation in your chest, shoulder, and back workouts. You don’t need to do much more than that. That’s why this program asks only that you devote one day to direct arm training, and let a conventional body-part split take care of the rest.

32
The 5-Week, Whole Body Single Kettlebell Workout

It's the very definition of simplicity. Of course, simple doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with easy. Benching 500 pounds is a simple concept. So is running a marathon. But accomplishing either is also extraordinarily difficult. Likewise, just because Pavel Tsatsouline’s five-week training program requires only two exercises a day using a single kettlebell doesn’t mean you won’t be cursing him every step of the way. There’s a lot of work here, but if you stick with it you’ll come out a stronger and leaner man on the other side. Tsatsouline, the author of Kettlebell: Simple & Sinister , is a former Soviet special forces instructor and currently a subject matter expert to elite U.S. military and law enforcement special ops units. He cites Russian professor Victor Selouyanov’s research with Russian national sports teams as inspiration for designing the plan you see here.

33
The Complete 4-Week Beginner's Workout Program

In the fourth and final week of the program, you’ll train four days in a four-way split that hits each bodypart just once (except for calves and abs, which are each trained twice). Four-day splits are common among experienced lifters because they involve training fewer bodyparts (typically 2–3) per workout, which gives each muscle group ample attention and allows you to train with higher volume. As you’ll see, chest and triceps are paired up, as are back with biceps and quads with hamstrings, each a very common pairing among novice and advanced bodybuilders. Shoulders are trained more or less on their own, and you’ll alternate hitting calves and abs — which respond well to being trained multiple times per week — every other workout. No new exercises are introduced in Week 4 so that you can focus on intensity in your workouts instead of learning new movements.

How To Get Sexy Gym Hair

“I use a restorative Moroccan oil hair mask every week. Every two weeks I do a hot oil treatment with a mix of equal parts coconut and olive oil: I warm oil in the microwave, apply to damp hair, put on a shower cap, and let it sit for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with shampoo and conditioner.” Always in her gym bag or purse: dry shampoo (A) to keep hair looking fresh between washes and to add instant volume. “I look for shampoos and conditioners for deep moisture, colored hair and antifriz (B). I use leave-in conditioner (C) after shampooing to detangle and protect from styling tools."  For the beachy look: “I apply a cream leave-in treatment until hair is a bit damp and then tie in a loose braid, let it dry, then undo braid for natural beach waves. Then I’ll apply a few drops of oil treatment.”

The 10 Strongest Humans to Ever Walk the Earth

We’d like to make it clear that comparing athletes whose peaks came a century apart makes educated speculation a must. First, there’s the issue of chemical enhancement, something obviously not available to a Louis Uni. Second, Todd points out that during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, strength athletes didn’t so much train as give performances on an irregular basis. The strength they displayed for gawking crowds was raw and untrained—and it was their performances that made them stronger, nothing systematic. In this light, we attempted to recognize not just recorded strength but potential strength as well. Call it a metaphysical leveling of the playing field.

6 Tips to Get Bigger Calves

The good news: Even if you don't share the huge-calf-muscle gene with Manny Pacquiao, you can still build formidable muscles in your lower legs. Sometimes, the hardest and smartest workers actually come out ahead of the genetically gifted. If you're only throwing in a couple of lazy sets at the end of your workouts—or, worse yet, ignoring them completely—it's time to start treating the area below knees with some more respect.

A Muscle-Building Journey: From CrossFit to Bodybuilding

After years of menacing WODs, Olympic lifts, and countless kipping pullups, Powell gravitated to an old-fashioned arm pump. He’s stronger than ever, too, deadlifting 549 pounds and back-squatting 435 pounds at a body weight of 180 pounds. The diet, however, is a different story. While he and Heidi have always lived a healthy lifestyle, very few people can drop their body fat to the low single digits on just three clean meals per day; it takes an extra level of precision. Chris follows a restricted, carb-cycling diet with a low-carb, high-fat day (2,300 calories) and then a high-carb, low-fat day (4,030 calories). He’s careful to execute his more taxing workouts on his high-carb days, so the extra calories are put to use.

38
The 10 Commandments of Bodybuilding

A true seeker of muscle and might cannot omit a training session. Unmotivated imposters miss workouts. Hapless wimps and doodlers let their workouts slide, but not men and women of steel. The next time the urge to skip a workout arises, will you regard it as an opportunity to exhibit strength or a moment before a catastrophe? Will you submit to the moment or fight it with all your strength? If you choose the former, you lose. Choose the catastrophe and you become one. The solution I offer is composed of 10 two-word commands. We have too much to live for to be grounded and weak, so fight for might.

15 Negative Effects of Having a Low Body Fat Percentage

Every guy wants to get leaner. He wants his pecs to stop jiggling and his abs to come out from hiding. But there comes a point when shedding fat isn’t healthy. According to Pennsylvania State University, the average guy’s body fat is 15 to 20, 3 percent of which is “essential,” meaning you’d die without it. “A body fat percentage below 5 percent is regarded as a warning sign of poor health, even in elite athletes,” says Georgie Fear, R.D., author of Lean Habits for Lifelong Weight Loss. “Male bodybuilders typically go below 5 percent for competition, but don't stay there in the off season.” That’s because body fat is integral to keeping your entire body—including your cardiovascular, endocrine, reproductive, skeletal, and central nervous systems—in check. Without enough body fat, they all go haywire.Check out 15 ways your body freaks out when your body-fat percentage drops too low.

Top 5 Ways to Calculate Body Fat

Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) scales are perhaps the most popular method of measuring body composition because they are the least expensive and most widely available. BIA technology applies an electrical current to the body and measures how quickly that current is conducted. Lean tissue and fat mass conduct electrical signals very differently so the scale can use conductance to estimate body composition. Although BIA is one of the most popular methods of measuring body composition the accuracy can widely vary depending on an individual’s hydration status and other factors. Use BIA in conjunction with other methods of measuring body composition to ensure accuracy and track results.

But even Lee and Dorian stepped away from the barbell row now and again. In the summer months, your backyard doubles as your kitchen as you forgo your oven for the grill. It's freeing. It's fun. But face it, it can get a little unimaginative. You slap on some burgers, hot dogs, sausages, and corn—but even these summer staples start to feel a bit dull.
