Sagittarius Horoscope for Sunday, July 24, 2016

Sunday, July 24, 2016 - Your mind is like the sea that has washed over the tide wall and your thoughts are breaking the molds of containment. Although it feels as if nothing can stop you now, your confidence borders on denial. It's a bad idea to disregard the laws of the road or the rules of engagement today. But you might feel even freer once you agree to color within the lines. Ironically, sometimes the right constraints grant you the independence you seek.

11 Best Supplements for Mass

Without a doubt, you can add muscle simply by eating right and lifting weights. But to truly maximize your growth potential, supplements are a requirement. Hence, we've compiled a rundown of the 11 best mass-gain supplements on which to spend your hard-earned cash. They're listed in order of priority, from the absolute most critical, can't-do-without supplements to the less crucial yet still highly effective ingredients for packing on size. The point is to help those on a tight budget decide which supplements to buy. If money is no object, then by all means knock yourself out and use them all as directed. Because after all, as far as we're concerned, you can never have too much muscle.

The One Chest Move You Should be Doing

All of us meatheads are the same. We love to bench press and incline press. We have done these exercises so much that we may have had to take a break from them at times to either progress or avoid injury. The bench press is fun to do, but it is not the only chest exercise that you should be doing.

Chris Hemsworth's God-Like Thor Workout

Hemsworth in particular was a model of consistency, and the physique he built has made “Chris Hemsworth Workout” the top search suggestion when you punch the actor’s name into Google. The Internet, though, is a minefield of shameless, click-baiting “Thor Workout” imitators. Fortunately, you don’t need to look any further than the full, unabridged template we present here, with exercises demonstrated by IFBB physique pro Sadik Hadzovic. So get ready to hit the gym, and remember: There are no shortcuts.

6 Moves For Stage-Ready Shoulders | IFBB Bikini Pro Caryn Paolini

All the world's a stage—especially when you're going to be wearing a tank top all summer! Build shoulders that pop with this quick, tough workout from an experienced bikini competitor. Get the Get Caryn Paolini's Full Workout ► http://bbcom.me/29OYgr4 NLA for Her Supplements ► http://bbcom.me/29OYuyJ Whether you're going to stroll onto the stage this year or just stroll the beach, having shapely shoulders can make you feel more confident when your upper body is out there for the world to see. When I'm looking to tighten up and work on the finishing details of my physique, I throw this workout into my rotation. It's especially helpful for making those delts pop and adding a little extra definition. For the first two sets of each exercise, use a moderate weight and aim for 15 reps. For the last set, increase the weight and drop down to 10 reps. This way, you can ease your way into the exercise and still have enough gas in the tank to push yourself on your last set. This workout should take about 45 minutes and would be a great once-a-week addition to your current lifting plan.

How to Lose Weight

Add in Exercise Just like you won’t overhaul your diet, you don’t need to suddenly become a gym rat. We’re aiming for sustainable activity here, so if you go from zero to five days a week at the gym, eventually you’re going to burn out. A more manageable goal, Jackson says, is to ramp up your activity slowly, starting with a half-hour walk every day. Then, he suggests some strength training two to three times per week to retain muscle as you lose fat. Choose multi-joint movements like squats, pushups, overhead presses, and rows—”your biceps are a small muscle, so they don’t burn a ton of calories,” Jackson says—and allow yourself plenty of rest between sets at first. “Working out too intensely at first can affect your appetite and energy, so finding a balance is key,” he says. A great circuit could include 8-12 reps of:

The 7 Best Workouts for Fat Loss | T Nation

Walking, however, won't raise cortisol. In fact, it might lower it because it helps you unwind and relax. While it won't burn a ton of calories, it can still make a significant difference. A fairly rapid walking pace can use up about 350-400 calories in an hour. Over a week that comes up to 2400-2800 calories. A pound of fat is about 3500 calories. While the math isn't quite that straightforward, it could amount to an extra 4-5 pounds of fat loss over a 12-week period.

Bread Winners: Tasty Sandwiches to Pack on Muscle and Stay Lean

Nearly half of all adult Americans consume at least one sandwich per day. Still, many lifters shy away from fueling up with these handheld meals, fearing that all sandwiches will work against efforts to build muscle or stay lean. However, by selecting the right bread, using more inspired protein sources, and passing on fatty dressings and unnecessary add-ons like Kraft singles, you can construct a sandwich that makes it easier to pack on quality mass and titillate your taste buds. Sink your teeth into any of these five protein-packed sandwiches and you’ll see what we mean.

Fat Loss Mistakes (and How to Lose Weight For Good)

Weight training is designed to provide faster results with less time in the gym. Not only do you have to work out fewer times per week (you’d be shocked what you can do in just 3-4 workouts per week) you’ll also have shorter sessions. That’s because intensity is much more important than duration for eliminating fat. So you can spend a fraction of the time in the gym and still kiss your tummy good-bye. In fact, research has shown that 8 to 12 minutes of intense intervals can burn as many calories as 25 to 30 minutes of constant moderate exertion exercise. Does that mean you only need to exercise for 8 to 12 minutes to see your abs? Unfortunately, no. But don’t be surprised when you spend less time on the cardio machines, pick up a few dumbbells, have less time in the gym and suddenly don’t even recognize your own body.

The People's Pokédex: The Rock Takes Over "Pokémon Go"

WHY WE CARE: We care about basically everything The Rock does, and we are constantly amazed that there seems to be no limit to the things he gets up to. (Is he going to launch a surprise third-party campaign for president? It seems possible! ) As we get a better idea of what his YouTube channel is going to be all about, this video gives us a hint. YouTube stars + flexible, zeitgeist-y content + playing off The Rock's persona in an unlikely scenario = viral content gold. So while today it's Pokémon, next week it'll probably be whatever thing the Internet is obsessed with then. Added bonus for The Rock going into out-of-touch Dad Mode at the end selfie-ing himself at the gym and explaining what the video was about—as long as he's this good-natured and goofy, we'll make time for whatever it is he's got going on.

Tip: Challenge Yourself With a "Changeup" | T Nation

If you've hit a roadblock, don't throw out your staples, just give them a changeup. Add a pause on your front squat and push-up. Push and pull the sled. Use some lateral moves on your shuttles instead of plowing straight ahead. These kinds of changeups will make familiar exercises tougher and hit your motor units (and your mind) in a whole new way. Here are a few ways to do it.

Bodyweight Workouts For Fat Loss: Do They Work?

By now, most of you know that high intensity interval training (the ever popular “HIIT”) is great for fat loss. But there are some rules for really making it work. You’ll read all about effective forms of HIIT lasting as short as 4 minutes (the Tabata method) and topping out around 15 minutes. The reasons being the workouts are effective because of the intensity and not the duration.

Tip: A New Way to Build Wide Delts | T Nation

Because the load is lighter at the bottom of the range when your hands are down by your sides, you're able to engage the delts more explosively and have the speed of contraction slowed down by the increased resistance through the bands at the top. This is great for targeting the fast twitch motor units in the shoulders while also providing a novel, pain-free stimulus for shoulder training.

35
Tip: Do THIS to Improve Your Front Squat | T Nation

Most lifters miss their front squats because they're weak out of the hole and unable to hold t-spine extension under load. By adding in a double pause at the half and full squat positions, you'll build insane isometric strength through the most difficult ranges of motion while putting the body under strength-building tension.

H.U.G.E. Gym Class: Cardio

We have to talk about it. As much as you’d rather discuss bench pressing, biceps or just about anything else, most bodybuilders spend more time on a treadmill or StepMill than a leg press or preacher bench. And when dieting down, most iron men and women invest more hours burning calories than pumping muscles. Still, the majority of trainers haven’t learned how to maximize their stationary strides. This month, we shed the fat and explain how to get your cardio back on track. Class is in session.

The 25 Best Exercises for Your Lower Abs

First, a quick physiology lesson: Your rectus abdominis is really one, long muscle that includes both your "upper" and "lower" abs. So, there are no exercises that explicitly isolate either half individually (even though you may "feel the burn" more so in one area than other). Still, there are things you can do to really make that lower area pop, says Don Saladino, CPT, owner of  Drive 495 . Number 1, diet is key: remember that training your core muscles alone simply isn’t enough—you need to have discipline in the kitchen, too. Second, switching up your routine by shocking your core with new exercises will help eliminate your love handles and define those elusive sex-lines. Last, work in exercises that attack your rectus abdominis and obliques simultaneously for good measure (that V line is where these two muscles meet). Here are 25 moves to add in to your routine.

Whether you’re on the road for work or you simply need a day off from dealing with muscleheads, sometimes making it to the gym just isn’t in the cards. That doesn’t mean you need to hit pause on achieving your goal to torch bodyfat and build lean muscle . If you can find a pair of dumbbells, enough space to do a lunge, and the energy to go balls to the wall for up to a half hour, you have all of the ingredients to stay on track.

The 9 Worst Online Dating Mistakes You're Making

You want to up your odds and shoot for the stars—or, rather the girl who's out of your league . But new  research  from Binghamton University says you're being too self-centered and aggressive. Males tend to focus on their own interests, whereas women are more conscious of who they're reaching out to—especially when it comes to attractiveness. Now, we're not saying you shouldn't talk to a knockout; but men tend to send a lot of messages to female users and not get many responses in return, the researchers found. Be more selective and less so at the same time: Reach out to women who may not at first seem like your "type" as well as those who do.
