I tried this out for 5 weeks as a lower stim preworkout. Primarily this is a BCAA product with caffeine and some electrolytes and digestive enzymes. The other portions (3g aminos, a little HICA) are nice to have. From what I read 500mg 3x daily was a clinically studied and recommended dose. the amount here may be just to have on the label, or could give a little anti-catabolic bump to the Leucine. Either way, I’m not knocking it. What it looks like is a slight amount of betaine & HICA for decreasing soreness. Any little bit helps. Also, I like Citric Acid (absorbption?) & Pineapple Extract (natural vasodilator ).
Why I chose AMINOGT and why I’m satisfied with it. I needed to bring down the amount of stims consumed in the morning preworkout, having gone for a few months on 300mg+ almost daily. This gave me just enough to get going. I was never raging in the gym, but I was prepared to do some work. I also appreciate the source being natural green tea instead of anhydrous or synthetic. I had no issues with jitteriness or feeling burnt out.
Taste wise - I had Strawberry Kiwi every day and was very good without being overly sweet.

Of course, that shouldn’t keep you from trying. This is what people really mean when they say the above phrase. Nonetheless, YOU SHOULD BE AFRAID TO FAIL. You should fear failing to the point that you put in all of the necessary studying, research, time, and effort to accomplish your goals. You should fear it to the point that you do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to be successful so that when the time comes, you know you have a 99% chance of getting it done. Sure, if you fail after that, it simply means you missed something, and because you are afraid to fail, you will know that you will not miss that something again.

Received this to "test" out from Isatori! I'm not one to hype up a product I don't think performs just because it was given to me. I've only ever used L-Carnitine ( itself ) in around a 1500MG dose, or if it was in my preworkout so not sure I have just a whole lot to compare it to!
Flavor is super solid! Mixed Berry is where it's at. Honestly hard not to wanna down more than the recommended dosage. I did as the bottle suggests for the most part, 3oz. 2X a day. Usually took one dose in the morning and one dose before a workout. Around the last week I up'd it to 4oz. ( about spilling out of the cap ) for the remainder of the bottle. Didn't notice just a huge difference so. As far as effectiveness, I seemed to have a bit more energy. I did seem to sweat substantially more. I usually break a sweat fairly easy but with taking this it was almost instant haha.
I didn't seem to notice any substantial fat loss per say, but I felt as if I looked like I didn't carry as much water. Whether or not that attributed to sweating my #@@ off I don't know, and I usually take in around a gallon to 2 of water a day so.

Glute-Ham Raise. Structural imbalances within the muscles of the posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, and erector spinae) not only can lead to injuries; they also can affect speed. For example, the lower back muscles are involved in transferring force from the legs to the upper body. The glute-ham raise is an exercise that gives you a lot of bang for your buck because it works the glutes, both the hip extension and knee flexion functions of the hamstrings, and even the calves. As a bonus, by adjusting the foot position you can help resolve running technique problems related to structural imbalances between the medial hamstrings (semitendinosus and semimembranosus), which rotate the foot inward, and the lateral hamstrings (biceps femoris), which rotate the foot outward. Athletes who run with their feet turned excessively outward should perform the glute-ham raise with their feet turned slightly inward to correct that imbalance.
