When I think of a famous example of a woman who lifts that exemplifies the truest form and awe of a strong woman – extremely unlike a dude, I think immediately of Dana Lynn Bailey. I remember her in the cage at the Olympia and the Arnold, well before her fame made her a household name, lifting insane weights, not only for her size, not only for a girl, but even for a lot of guys. But, she did it very unlike a guy. Dana lifts like a girl, a really strong girl, and she became one of the most famous female lifters doing it. I can't think of a better example for a girl who lifts to emulate.

Be Afraid

“Don’t be afraid to fail.” I fucking hate that phrase. It is used in every setting from sports to business and relationships. The truth is, you should be afraid to fail. Of course, that shouldn’t keep you from trying. This is what people really mean when they say the above phrase. Nonetheless, YOU SHOULD BE AFRAID TO FAIL. You should fear failing to the point that you put in all of the necessary studying, research, time, and effort to accomplish your goals. You should fear it to the point that you do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to be successful so that when the time comes, you know you have a 99% chance of getting it done. Sure, if you fail after that, it simply means you missed something, and because you are afraid to fail, you will know that you will not miss that something again.

Do 10 reps this way. (Which actually turns out to be twenty total reps in reality.) Pour everything into it and leave nothing on the table. You should have visions of Abraham Lincoln cursing at you in Kiswahili about how you neglected your stabilizers as you lie on the floor. Usually took one dose in the morning and one dose before a workout. Around the last week I up'd it to 4oz. ( about spilling out of the cap ) for the remainder of the bottle. Didn't notice just a huge difference so. As far as effectiveness, I seemed to have a bit more energy. I did seem to sweat substantially more. I usually break a sweat fairly easy but with taking this it was almost instant haha. I didn't seem to notice any substantial fat loss per say, but I felt as if I looked like I didn't carry as much water. Whether or not that attributed to sweating my #@@ off I don't know, and I usually take in around a gallon to 2 of water a day so.

*I did chins both to finish off my back and also pre-fatigue my biceps in the superset.  As such, flex your biceps hard at the top on each rep. I used a cheaper machine here - FYI.  Nothing fancy on the barbell curls other than flexing hard in the contracted position for a split second and controlling the negative.  Perform this superset for 4 rounds.
