'Moana' Trailer Sets Sail on an Epic Adventure

In the trailer, titular heroine Moana (Auli’i Cravalho) amps up her quest to prove herself a master wayfinder by tracking down a fallen demigod named Maui (Dwayne Johnson) and locating an ancient island. A narrator warns that a “great danger” threatens the peaceful island Moana and her family calls home, and legend tells of a hero who will journey to find Maui and save them all. Together, the pair embark on an adventure filled with nefarious creatures (some of which look deceptively cute), wide open seas, and deep dives into something called the “Realm of Monsters.”

3 Simple Rules for Gaining Greater Mass

There is no doubt that you can build mass on heavy weight and lower reps (1-5) but the load needed to gain mass on a low-rep program is difficult for the most of us. Unless you have a 400-pound bench press, 500-pound squat, and 600-pound deadlift, you will need some more reps. In order to cause enough stimulation for muscle growth, you need to have a higher time under tension (TUT) to cause enough microdamage to the muscle tissue. Conversely, if you train too light (15-25), you will not have enough load to stimulate strength in the long run. Different rep ranges on occasion help to break up the monotony but with proper nutrition and recovery, the 5-10 rep range will be the perfect prescription to gain mass.

5/3/1 Two Days a Week with Option 2?

I just bought and read the 5/3/1 book, second edition and read a lot in the internet. Now I really want to start with the program. I am a 31 years old family father and I work pretty unregular (with night shifts). So for me, 2 times a week going to the gym is the thing I can do. I also do martial arts (1-2x a week). I train in a Crossfit Box, withour doing Crossfit (just open gym). But this means, I dont have machines.. Only racks, barbells and dumbbells (and my iron will).
