Baseball Workout
If you are a baseball player looking to find a simple yet effective workout then look no further. This workout will set you on the path to being the strongest man on your team. By focusing on a complete body workout three days a week, with rest between days, you will build an athletic physique while gaining the needed power to knock it out of the park and round the bases with speed.
I would recommend that you work with weight that is within 55%-80% of your 1RM so that you can gain strength without putting on so much weight that is slows you down. Keep your workout intensity high and limit your rest between sets to 30 seconds or less.
