Fedor Emelianenko Workout
Here at the Strongest Man we like to question what it means to be the strongest man and challenge you to be the strongest man you can be. We believe that strength is a combination of power and precision. To be strong you must push yourself beyond what you believe is possible. Fedor Emelianenko is a great illustration of what it means to be the strongest man.
Fedor is considered by many to be the greatest MMA fighter in the world. Though Fedor may not throw up as much weight as Scot Mendelson, or Ryan Kennelly on the bench but I would put my money on him in the cage.
Fedor Emelianenko like many MMA fighters does not use what I refer to as a traditional workout routine but instead he uses a variation of the Caveman Training routine. The caveman combat training routine is a perfect fit for those who are involved in any type of martial arts because it focuses on explosive movements that are traditionally seen in MMA combat.
This video is a highlight video for Fedor Emelianenko so those unfamiliar with him can see that he is truly deserving of a strongest man title.
To see Fedor Emelianenko working out like a caveman then take a look at the video below.
If you like Fedors workout then have a look at the documentary that has been done about him: The Baddest Man on the Planet.

Hey guys, I actually do hand to hand combat in the military and the best thing I could recomend is to look into Cross Fit workouts, this is probably the closes thing you are going to get. As I was watching Fador’s, a lot of his exercises are from Cros Fit. I also do this kind of workouts (they are not easy at all). Some of the setions will last no more than 5 minutes BUT, you will hurt badly afterwards. check them out.

I have found most of these workouts by scouring the web for sites, forums, interviews, videos, ect. where I could find out how these people work out. These are the actuall workout that the individuals used at one point in their training. I think it is important to remember that if you are always working out the same your body will adapt so keep changing things up if you want to see constant improvement. Most importantly, being a strong man is a way of life! Be strong physically, mentally, and spiritually.
