Kevin Nee’s Workout

kevin nee workoutKevin Nee is the youngest man to ever have what it takes to be a competitor in the World’s Strongest Man championship. Born August 21 1985 Kevin Nee is also the youngest man to ever make it to the strongman finals. Kevin Nee has competed in three of the World’s Strongest Man championships.

As you can see from the video and workout routine below Kevin is no ordinary twenty-something if you consider trying his training split then I would recommend that you start off slow unless you are already in great condition. Most powerlifters and bodybuilders recommend that you have plenty of rest to allow your body to recuperate but Nee’s workout requires you to push your physical limits seven days a week. I would recommend that you incorporate a weeks rest after each two week session.

    Steroids! Steroids! While some are clean (few) in strongman, Kevin Nee is not. So check your gear when trying his training routine.
