Rampage Jackson WorkoutQuinton “Rampage” Jackson is an American professional MMA fighter who rose to prominence in Japan’s Pride Fighting Championships. Rampage is known for his powerful body slams which scored him a knockout victory over Ricardo Arona. Powerful striking skills also earned him 2 victories over MMA star Chuck Liddell the latter of which earned Rampage the UFC Light-Heavyweight title.

At 205 pounds Rampage packs some major strongest man style power in both his hands an in his ability to snatch his opponent off the ground and slam them back on the mat with over 400G’s worth of force.
