21.67% Body fat means that if you are 200lbs then about 44lbs of that weight is from fat. Now you must have some amount of body fat to be healthy but a good goal to shoot for is a body fat percentage in the low teens (for an adult male). For a bit of perspective the average adult male can achieve a six pack at around 6%-9% body fat.

i got a value of 21.67, but what does this mean, what does it show?
does it include the muscle mass that i have?
